Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Radhi Woul collects from vendors, customers and agents, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Radhi Woul ("Radhi Woul", "we", "us", "our") is an operations, dispatch and payments platform for scrap collection businesses, built and operated by Arismeta. This Privacy Policy applies to our website, vendor dashboard, customer web app and agent app (together, the "Platform"), and to everyone who uses it — vendors (scrap collection businesses), customers (people booking a pickup) and agents (field staff who complete pickups). By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Information we collect
What we collect depends on how you use the Platform.
Information you give us
- Account details — name, mobile number, email address, and a password or OTP-based login.
- Address & location — pickup addresses, service area, and, with permission, your device's live location so we can match orders to the nearest available agent and show accurate ETAs.
- Vendor business & KYB information — business name, registration details, GST number, PAN, and the supporting documents you upload for our Know-Your-Business verification, plus bank account or UPI details used for settlements.
- Agent information — identity documents, contact details and the zone/vendor you're assigned to, used to onboard and route work to you.
- Order & transaction data — scrap categories, weights, quoted and settled rates, pickup timestamps, ratings and any notes attached to an order.
- Support communications — anything you send us via chat, email or phone when you contact support.
Information we collect automatically
- Device & usage data — IP address, browser or app version, device identifiers, pages viewed and actions taken on the Platform.
- Cookies & similar technologies — see Cookies & tracking below.
Fields marked as required at sign-up are mandatory — registration and pickup booking cannot be completed without them.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage vendor, customer and agent accounts, and verify vendor identity through KYB.
- To operate the dispatch engine — matching orders to the nearest available agent inside a live coverage zone, tracking pickup status, and generating receipts.
- To calculate and process payments, UPI payouts to customers, and Razorpay-backed settlements to vendors.
- To communicate with you — order updates, scheduling changes, receipts, and responses to support requests.
- To send service, security and (with your consent, where required) marketing communications; you can opt out of marketing at any time.
- To detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms.
- To improve the Platform — understanding usage patterns, fixing bugs, and building features that reflect how it's actually used.
- To comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, and establish or defend legal claims.
4. Payments & payouts
All payments and payouts on the Platform are processed through Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers or bank credentials on our own servers — that data is held by our payment processor under its own security and compliance controls. We retain only the transaction records (amount, status, timestamps and the last few digits of an account/UPI ID where applicable) needed for receipts, reconciliation and dispute resolution.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Platform is used. You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies, or to notify you when a cookie is set; blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Platform (such as staying logged in) from working correctly.
6. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and restricted internal access to KYB documents and payout details — to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. Accounts are protected by password or OTP; please don't share your login credentials, and sign out of shared devices after use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform, plus a reasonable period afterward to meet our legal, tax, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations — for example, transaction and KYB records are typically retained for the period required under applicable Indian financial and tax regulations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
8. Your rights & choices
Subject to applicable law, you can:
- Access, review and update your profile information directly from your account settings.
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of your account and associated data, subject to records we're legally required to keep.
- Opt out of marketing communications using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly.
- Withdraw location permission at any time through your device settings — note that this will limit dispatch matching and live tracking.
To exercise any of these, contact us at hello@radhiwoul.com.
9. Children's privacy
The Platform is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@radhiwoul.com and we will take steps to remove it.
10. Third-party links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services we don't control, such as our payment processor. This Privacy Policy doesn't apply to those third parties — please review their own privacy policies before providing information to them.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational or regulatory reasons. We'll post the revised version here with an updated "Last updated" date, and where changes are material, we'll take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
12. Grievance officer & contact
If you have questions, concerns or complaints about this Privacy Policy or how your information has been handled, you can reach our grievance officer, appointed in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder:
We aim to acknowledge grievances promptly and resolve them within the timelines required by applicable law.
